Worked once, the stopped
App is a great idea. It worked once - despite me having to “link” my subcard a few times to get it to show up. Now I can’t pay for my order; my subcard won’t show up in the payment area; and when I signed out - it keeps telling me my details are wrong. I’ve tried the “forgottten password” function three times, each time it says an email has been sent but NO. I’ve checked my spam folder and nothing. It’s a shame, as it has potential to be useful.
Not enough options
No option to pay cash, and even cashless very limited options to pay. Also confusing ordering options, inadvertently end up ordering something different, hard to work out what you ordered.

I ordered sub today and money deducted order confirmed but when I reach the store the store is closed nothing I could do with that worst experience with subway online app and subway itself
Horrible communication
We placed a order at seven hills store through the app, and pick up time was 4:10, the order was placed at 3:30. But when I reached the store the employee said we were closed when the order was placed and we were not notified. This is unacceptable as the manger could not resolve the issue. I wanted to get refunded and compensated.
App Order
Just ordered some Subway & I was not given the opportunity to claim ‘seniors discount’.
It would be good to have this option on your app.
Still not working
This app has had so many problems with it, after all its iterations it’s still not working. Just gave it a go for the first time in awhile and it didn’t recognise the subway closest to me. Wump wump.
Missing items
Every single time I place an online order something is wrong. How can staff not get it right. It’s written in plain English. This time there was cookies missing out of the order then went I pointed it out they put the cookies in and they were the wrong ones. Then I get home and one of the footlongs that clearly states toasted on the order wasn’t toasted. Every time they stuff it up.
Delivery confirmation not possible till checkout
Delivery confirmation not possible till checkout so ease of time selecting and salivating over order only to get a message saying don’t currently deliver to ‘said’ address. Can’t tell that earlier?

It would babe nice to be able to control all items that are in a sub. Currently you can’t fully customize your own sub.
