I ordered in the cbd Christchurch and the clown of an app sent it to the airport store. What a joke, I had to drive over an hour in peak hour traffic to offer my wife soggy offerings, not to mention an ss commodore isn’t cheap to run, the app may as well chose a store in timaru ffs!!

Ordered online and shop ignored. Had to wait inline . No point having this system if shop is not going to use it…

The app normally works really well, but it seems your latest release has a problem and won’t let you pay (iPhone 8plus). When you select the pay now button, you get an error. Happens on my sons mobile too. Disappointing this wasn’t picked up in testing before it was released.

Subway is becoming disappointing. The choice of fillings is great however the quantity that goes on now is noticeably lacking. i am constantly having to ask for 'a bit more please' of each filling. Also wrapping too tightly at the end squashing down the sub. Sauces spilled out not appealing to eat. Subway not what it used to be 😞

App is very frustrating to change details on. Had to set up a whole new account as wouldn’t allow changes.

Much like the US app does, having my Subcard in Apple Wallet would be sooooo convenient!
