What a joke in 2026 -- Caleb lim wh, 2026-05-16 ### *---- "no customer support." you would expect one from a food chain this huge but apparently not -- cwond, 2026-05-12 ### *---- "Worse app ever!" What the point of this app?!?!?! Can’t even checkout and keep failure -- Gee192, 2026-05-05 ### *---- "Unbelievable" It allows you to order from a closed store. -- iheartliverpool, 2026-02-17 ### *---- "Unable to place order" Try few times can’t submit the order -- Xxxfnc, 2025-09-18 ### ****- "Like the interface, no rewards" It’s disappointing that there are no reward points for ordering on the app. Will be good if the communication around this is clearer. -- Stillhuntingz, 2025-07-08 ### *---- "Counter better" App doesnt allow customisation, eg top up for bottled drink instead of fountain drinks, and asking for more corn serving. Better to order at counter -- Yelping yelping, 2025-07-03 ### *---- "App is trash" Order does not go through do not use this app it is a waste of time. -- Junjie73, 2025-06-29 ### *---- "Order at your own risk" First the app has super old interface and no rewards upon ordering. The biggest flaw is there is no help whatsoever if your order is wrong. JUST A FEEDBACK FORM IS THERE. So if your order is wrong be prepared to be hungry and also lose more money. -- Unknown_e, 2025-06-25 ### ***-- "Only for takeaway 👎" Hope can order for dine in and also hope all Subway outlets can use this app. -- Ong Xiang 王翔, 2025-06-19 ### ***-- "Unable to place order" Error message: {"code":"ORDR- 3017" "message":"Tax calculation failed error", "detail": t%, "retry":false} -- yeehueh, 2025-05-07 ### ***-- "Bugs When Ordering" I don’t know what happened, last time i’ve managed to submit the order, but today total failure. Dev please pay attention to this bugs/error -- iWick86, 2025-04-27 ### ***** "ok so far" convenient but order is usually late if its peak hour -- boofylicious, 2025-04-25 ### ****- "Easy to use interface!" The app is useful, especially for ordering in advance to prevent having to wait long hours in the queue. Recommendations: Would like to suggest adding a column or a tab indicating the nutritional facts of each menu item. It is available in-store but would be useful to have on the app as well! -- Ranranwee, 2025-02-28 ### *---- "cannot recognize phone number startwith 80" My mobile phone number is not recognized or registered, which is very inconvenient! I have been eating sub for a week but it still doesn't work (the email is correct, the system can only recognize the number starting with 84 but not 80 (zym's mobile phone number) for some reason. -- byuuuuuuuaaa, 2024-11-25 [View all Subway® Singapore reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Subway® Singapore Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Singapore | Food Drink | #57 | ## Subway® Singapore Discovered Keywords - subway® singapore --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
