Unable to access the account through game centre

My account was created more than a year ago. Last week, on 3rd July 2025, I accidentally removed the app but after reinstalling it, I couldn’t log into it through game centre. I’ve always stored my progress through game centre. Have contacted Apple support too, they have affirmed that the progress is still there, it must be a bug in the game. Kindly fix that and help me access my account. Each time that I reinstall the game, it generates a new ID for me and doesn’t let me access my account. I have already shared my issue with the support team but so far, haven’t had any relief from them. Kindly look into it ASAP since this current season is about to end and I might lose out on the progress entirely 🥺🥺 I’ve been trying to explain the issues to the support team for almost a week now and they’re still not willing to address it. Over and over they’re just asking silly questions like- “we can see the profile details, everything is fine, let us know how we can help”, “have you tried logging in via game centre?” Hell, if I could see my profile, I wouldn’t have been wasting time with you all! Again, I have tried logging in through game centre a hundred times now and each time it is giving me a new ID. I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACTUAL PROFILE. This is getting really irritating. Pathetic support team, frustrating communication channels, and irritating responses from the staff. That’s all! Update 5th- No response until now. Despite providing proof of my account progress and purchases, they haven’t yet given me access to my account. They don’t even respond to the queries properly.
