I tried to use the discount but it never go trough. I really prefer the app before.

QR code can’t scan from the store. If it’s added into apple wallet then only able to scan. Then what is the use of this app?

Always says I’m in another country and gives several error messages once signing in. The app literally cannot be used because of how glitchy it is

I tried to get 50% off my foot long today as advertised in store and after downloading and registering the app I was told at the till it takes 20 minutes for it to load and they can’t do anything for me. Bad experience wouldn’t recommend bothering to download the app

"We're unable to load the bag at this time". Pointless app, can't checkout. Tried a few times, even reinstalled it and started from the start and tried other store locations.

Tried using this app in-store for the first time today. I had an offer on the app for 50% off a footlong sub. This (for some reason) didn’t work. The sandwich artist told me I must have the wrong app; that I needed the rewards app. I explained to the sandwich artist that this was the only app available and showed him the App Store and he still persisted that I have the incorrect app. To his credit he accommodated the discount ✨somehow✨, but it was a very frustrating experience - the old app was much more user friendly and simply worked.
