## Suffolk FastFare Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible experience"
Over and over they kept taking my money when i would buy tickets and every time i would call support for help they’d just tell me a different story as to why they can’t help me. Stole $25 from me tickets never entered my account and I’m a student now I can’t go to class. Terrible service really
-- Suffolk Student, 2024-10-09

### *---- "They make it hard on purpose"
Wish I could give 0 stars. What a joke!!
-- Sad2323, 2024-08-23

### *---- "App is not working purchase!!!"
I have tried to purchase tickets on this app and so has my husband on several occasions and neither one of us has been successful.

We are getting a failed payment error message.

This need sto be looked into and fixed!!!
-- ZuriMoja, 2024-07-20

### *---- "Payment issues with app."
pretty self explainatory, app decided to charge my card 3 times and no tickets to show. customer service was no help either because they'll just give you the run around.
-- L.S137, 2024-04-04

### ****- "One-Way Ticket Option would be welcome !"
With the new “Re-imagine Transit” system, it would beneficial to have a one-way ticket option for those who miss their connecting bus and must take the train or, if you misplaced your transfer ticket to the second bus and are only going 1 way.
-- Wynter Raeven, 2023-11-09

### ****- "Apple Pay not working."
It is an essential application if you are in Suffolk County but apple pay not working please fix this issue.
-- FrmaX, 2023-02-21

### **--- "The Apple Pay payment"
Like I say a year ago the payment options are annoying putting my card information when you have the option to use Apple Pay and won’t work you guys need to fix this cause it has been over a year now.
-- kennykenn99, 2022-10-24

### *---- "terrible system"
Some driver don’t put the destination sign correct. The bus is always late, and many drivers are rude to passengers. The service is down for two months so the bus schedule does not load correctly. Phone number stops working at 4:30 but rush hour does not start until 5. This is a poorly functioning system overall.
-- jhy435, 2022-10-07

### *---- "Crap. But necessary"
After using this for months, the app stopped working-saying purchase failure on attempts to buy tickets. But they took my money! I had to fight with my bank to get some of my money back for which I got absolutely nothing. Can’t believe the App Store still carries this trash when they say their app doesn’t work with iPhones.
-- Scargordon, 2022-04-20

### ***-- "Apple Pay Doesn’t Work"
I use the app all the time, just wish the Apple Pay feature would work.
