I had a very disappointing experience with Sulekha. After making the payment, the level of service provided was extremely poor and did not match what was promised initially.

From day one, I had to continuously follow up, and every time a new ticket was created instead of resolving the issue. There was no proper response or accountability from the support team.

Even after multiple escalations, the issue remains unresolved, and the refund has not been processed. This has resulted in not only financial loss but also a significant waste of time and unnecessary frustration.

If I had invested this amount elsewhere, I would have benefited. Instead, I am stuck chasing support with no clear resolution.

I strongly recommend others to be cautious before making any payment on this platform. Make sure you get clear commitments in writing — otherwise, you may end up facing the same situation.

the leads we have received are not relevant to our service category. We are a study abroad consultancy; however, we are receiving:

- Enquiries from businesses looking for other businesses
- Leads related to work visas instead of study abroad counselling
- Irrelevant and mismatched enquiries that do not align with our registered service category

To date, we have not received a single genuine, relevant, or exclusive lead specifically seeking study abroad counselling from our business.

Sulekha is one of the worst platforms I have ever used. They take money for leads but most of them are fake, outdated, or customers never respond. Total waste of hard-earned money. Customer support is useless and never resolves issues. Don’t fall for their marketing promises.

Very poor service by Sulekha. After payment, I started receiving low-quality and fake leads. Many numbers are switched off or not interested at all. This company only cares about taking money, not about helping businesses.

This app seriously lacks transparency and accountability. I purchased a paid plan based on clear promises made by the sales team regarding leads and business promotion. After payment, none of the promised services were delivered. I did not receive genuine or relevant leads, and customer support became almost unreachable.

This feels highly unprofessional and misleading for small business owners who invest their hard-earned money. There is a clear mismatch between pre-payment commitments and post-payment reality. Such practices damage trust and credibility.

I strongly urge the company to review this issue, take responsibility, and resolve genuine customer complaints instead of ignoring them.

Sulekha is a complete scam. They took ₹60,000 from me after their dishonest salesman Amol Mhatre promised I’d be a millionaire using their platform. Total lie. Instead of genuine business leads, all I got were useless job queries and junk inquiries. Absolutely no lead quality.

He also lied about offering replacement and scrap policies — those don’t exist. I’m in the website design category, and trust me, they have no proper leads in this space at all. Pure waste of money.

To make it worse, they escalated my complaint multiple times in a month, and for the past two months they’ve just kept repeating the same excuses with zero results.

Stay far away from this fraud company. I got fooled — don’t let the same happen to you.
