Sum of Days is a private life tracker for habits, health, mood, symptoms, personal numbers, notes, and everyday routines. Record in seconds, see your history across days and years, and turn it into a clear review with every finding linked to the days behind it.

A TRACKER THAT GIVES SOMETHING BACK

Review compares the current week, month, or year with the previous period. See meaningful value changes, shifts in how often you recorded, standout days, and items that moved together. The analysis happens on your device, and you can open the exact dates behind each finding. Monthly Rewind turns up to three verified findings into a one-page visual summary of your last 30 days.

MADE FOR THE APPLE ECOSYSTEM

Use Sum of Days on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. Add and review data wherever it is most convenient, use widgets for quick access, and sync records across devices with your private iCloud storage.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No Sum of Days account is required. Your tracked values stay on your devices and in your private iCloud storage when sync is enabled. Review, Monthly Rewind, and Year insights are generated on device. Entry notes and days based only on Apple Health imports stay out of Spotlight unless you opt in.

SUM OF DAYS+

Use the core tracker for free. Sum of Days+ unlocks unlimited items, more icons and colors, custom ranges and goals, and app locking with Face ID or Touch ID. Choose monthly, yearly, or lifetime access.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.

### ***** "Does three things better"
There’s a pantload of habit trackers out there. Most of them are pretty mediocre, a few are surprisingly good. JT is lacking in some of the bells and whistles but it does at least three things better than most of the others I’ve tried, and those three things are important to me. First, native iPad support. No wasted real estate. Second, solid sync. Ever have to wait hours for the iPhone to sync with the watch? Yeah, me neither. Third: BIG clear watch display. I need to track the time I take certain meds. Waking up in the wee hours to do so is no fun, and having to fiddle with a phone or iPad makes it worse. JT is the ONLY one I found with a simple, clear display - tap, tap and back to sleep. Free? No, it’s not free. You don’t work for free, why do you expect devs to do it? OTOH, $10/year is much less than many of the competition so what are you waiting for? Give it a try. 3 habits for free.

And you won’t figure that out until you’ve invested set up time.  This app is entirely useless as a free app. It has a good concept and I was getting excited to try it out but then I discovered it only lets you track 3 data points without upgrading to “pro”.  Don’t waste your time unless you’re willing to pony up right out of the gate.

### ***** "Fantastic app"
I love to be able to see my data in charts. Only wish there was an option to save an entry as a favorite, and be able to add that favorite for the next entry. That way you don't have to manual type again that same item each and every time. But love the app. Keep up the great work!!! I already bought the one time lifetime edition, so glad it's not a yearly subscription. That's what makes this app shine as well!!! God Bless You!!!

After opening to a blanks screen, you must know how to fill it.

Unlike any other app that uses Apple Health, you don't simply have to enable sharing data to see this go to work for you. 

Couldn't the developer have enabled every example shown in the examples, then left it to the user to delete things they find unimportant as opposed to showing you a blank screen, then assuming you will know how to enable features. I am afraid I don't want to invest enough time to figure this one out.

### ***** "Love the app - missing 1 thing"
I've been using the app to sync with my apple health data from my phone and apple watch. I use a walking pad treadmill with my desk setup so I can get my steps in while I'm on the computer. I use this app to keep track of my steps and exercise times, etc without having to get my phone out to look at health data. 

A few things I'd really like this app to do: I would like it if the right side of the window was collapsable. That way I can have a narrow window view of main stats open on my computer while I work. The right frame of the window isn't something I use or find valuable. The other main thing I'd love is if I could choose one datapoint to pin to my mac bar. For example, I could have the app minimized but see number of steps at the top of my mac in the mac status bar.

I wanted an app that would sync to my Apple Health app on my phone. I am looking for an app that could chart more than one item at a time on a graph, such as weight, exercise and blood pressure. I downloaded this app  my Mac and iPhone. I played around with it for a while, but it would not bring in my health data even though I gave it permission and it gave a congradulations-type alert. I did not sign up to pay, as I wanted to see how it worked first. I deleted it.
