The staff is unaware of ongoing promotions. Every time problems with their coins. Don't talk about additional costs. The prices do not match the quality. This is a complete disappointment. Don't waste even 1 dirham here.
I have made an order at 19.27. Now is 21.46 and I still have no food. Branch and customer care had no idea where the driver was and we’re absolutely not helpful. However app already marked the order as delivered. No one is responsible and no option to raise complaint as only ‘technical’ support is in the app.

Horrible behavior by Sumo, AFTER PAYING online I was called to be informed that an item on the menu can’t be delivered and I need to replace it with something else, if I wanted a refund ill have to wait for chargeback! 👎👎👎 Mind you this happened to me TWICE! If I can’t buy something DO NOT ALLOW ME TO BUY IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! GET YOUR APP FIXED SUMO! I DON’T CARE WHICH BRANCH IM ORDERING FROM, ITS NOT SHOWN IN THE FIRST PLACE! I would order from Talabat but your menu isn’t even fully shown there 😒
Cheapness and hospitality don’t work and with time this place has only gotten cheaper.
Had to answer many unnecessary questions.They called me 5 times and asked the address however it was in my profile.Later their driver called me and asked to send my location!why do u need the app then?if u can not use google or any navigation system.Very disappointing experience with app and service in general
Downloaded the app. To do the order need to answer unnecessary questions. Any way answered and place the order. Waited 1 hour and received msg that it’s been canceled 😳 Wow 😲 they cancel the order because my phone number is is not complete. All the numbers is ok except the cod😳 I entered the right cod. Angry 😤😤😤😤
