Premium users
We really like the app and we really enjoy it. We look forward to the question and the gifts from collecting the houses and we collect the pebbles everyday even from the “news” videos. However, we are extremely dissatisfied with the premium package. When we got it we thought that we would start getting more pebbles or something but we just get 6 from eating and opening the app, which normal users can do just fine with watching a 30 second video too, which we used to do before subscripting. We just hope that there will be more inclusively towards the premium users for example making unique homes are adding extra “news” videos or getting more pebbles. In all honesty we are starting to feel like our subscription was not worth it, we are looking forward though in hopes of getting more unique features and updates from you. All the love and continuous support from us a premium couple users.

So cute, me and my bf love this app but we wish there were other things to do. Such as minigames or diaries.
App randomly started freezing
I can't tap anything on the app because it's just completely frozen and it won't unfreeze. I've already tried restarted my phone and checking if there's any updates I needto download but it's not changing anything. I want to delete and reinstall the app but I'm worried all my progress will disappear

제발 살려주세요ㅜㅜ 잠깐 헤어졌을때 저만 로그아웃 했다가 다시 만나게 돼서 다시 연결하려고 남자친구한테 커플 코드 물어봐서 재연결 하는데 잘못된 커플 코드 라고 뜨네요.. 몇번이나 해봐도 다시 확인하래요… 제발요.. 이거 어떻게 하죠..
