Very limited security on the business account and debit card, I am out of pocket some money but could have been a lot worse only moved funds days before, SumUp customer care very slow to react, no updates, advised up to 45 days to get funds back from the business account card fraud, have had to right off funds. Worst of all was we will do our best to get it back !   That should say it all.  Afraid now to even use the sum up card machine. Trust is important.

My account was hacked last Thursday and all but €6 of €3100 left in my account I reported it but still waiting on a reply.its obvious from the transactions that it was someone trying it on as they kept trying different amounts some were declined then they tried smaller amounts that were approved by sum up all done in 10 minutes.My regular Bank AIB send me a message to confirm if I want to make a payment to someone but nothing here just allowed all these transactions without any checking to see if it was me not good enough.I worked hard for that €3000 and I trusted it was in safe hands Disgruntled customer Martin Hurley.

There is STILL no option for filtering sales by payment type on the app.

This is a big problem, as staff have to cash up at the end of the day, and are forced to MANUALLY add together each cash transaction to get the total??

I brought this to their attention over a year ago and still no change.

It’s easy on the desktop website, why would they not simply add it to the app? For some reason they have “filter by date” there. It’s so simple, fix it!

### *---- "Support is the worst I’ve ever come across"
Saturday my Air machine stopped working, I contacted chat support for ‘support’ agent 1 told me he’d send on reset instructions, they didn’t work. Agent 2, (who was pretty rude) sent more instructions. Agent 3 (all this while I can’t take a sale and I’ve a queue of customers) told me he’d be able to allow me to take payment with my phone only. This didn’t happen, Agent 4 (at this stage I’m an hour online and lost hundreds of Euro in sales) promised the have the service working. Agent 5 (I’m begging now) was chatting then would go away for a few minutes, chat again, the. Go away again, essentially no one could offer any support. 
Today, 4 days’ later I still haven’t got the facility to take payments with my phone through the SumUp app, Agent 6, Robert just disconnected my chat and Agent 7 just told me she’d show me ‘how to activate the service’ - it’s still not activated. 
Square offer this service as standard so I’ve just signed up to Square. Sumup have possibly the worst online support imaginable. Not worth risking it I’m afraid,
