## Sun Devil Athletics Game Day Reviews in United States

### **--- "Often doesn’t work"
Always download my tickets to my wallet. The game day app often doesn’t work. Know the website at Ticketmaster to use to access your tix or you may encounter issues. The app is a hot mess. Great when it works but often doesn’t. Haven’t had it not work at game time when I needed the tix… usually download them an hour or so before we get there.
-- Christeenabee, 2024-10-07

### *---- "Unusable"
Can't get the app to stay open. It tries but crashes right after the splash screen. I have tickets to games coming up and I can't access anything.
-- Swany., 2024-10-03

### *---- "Crashes"
I can't even get past the “what sports would you like to get tickets for” page. It just crashes and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Overall the app wasn't designed well as I've seen this being an issue for over a year without it getting fixed.
-- Tsparck1234567890, 2024-10-02

### *---- "This is the best we got?"
How in 2024 as the sports seasons are back in full swing that this is the app we have to show tickets, and view info. There should not be a week between this update and a hot fix to come out. Kinda dog water.
-- DaddyPInAZ, 2024-10-01

### *---- "App crashes all the time"
iOS 17.7 iPhone 13
Never have the chance to enter
-- 17394933684, 2024-10-01

### *---- "App crashes on launch - unusable"
As others have pointed out, the app flat out doesn’t work. Tried uninstalling and installing multiple times. It will let you “get started” then crashes and any subsequent attempts to launch immediately crashes, rinse and repeat.
-- SunDevilDon, 2024-09-29

### *---- "Inop"
Latest update has rendered the app inoperative.
-- CactusCapt, 2024-09-29

### *---- "Crashes"
I have an extra credit game to go to on Friday and I can’t get my ticket because the app keeps crashing every time I open it
-- abouothman05, 2024-09-16

### *---- "Keeps crashing"
I want to go the the first game and this keeps crashing
-- Pessidogg, 2024-08-30

### *---- "App will not open"
I want to go to the first home game for ASU, and they put out a tutorial but when I go to open the app, it never opens. I have tried deleting the app and getting it multiple times already, and also just swiping out of the app, nothing works. I even messaged the ASU student ticket hotline help number and they told me to delete the app, download ticket master and none of that helped, and they haven’t responded yet either.
