## Sun Tan City Reviews in United States

### *---- "Stupid"
App literally doesn’t work. Made an account with just my email address, says username is invalid when I click forgot username it saying enter phone number….it never asked for my phone number..so how am I supposed to enter that 😊 love chat is no help either lol
-- LŁkoolJaY, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Can’t use account"
Impossible to set up account on app. When I enter info, it tells me account is already set up. When I try to log on, it tells me no account. Which one is it?
-- Bad App 4.0.4, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Pls pls pls"
Pls GOD fix this app. The barcode scanner doesn’t work, the reset your password doesn’t work, where do I go for the $2 spray tan deal???
-- lizzylahaie, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Terrible slow app"
If I could put 0 stars I would, this app doesn’t work.
-- jennac78616, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Horrible"
This has got to be the worst app. The old AP actually worked. I haven’t been able to check in successfully since you changed it. Can’t see what I bought online to use my purchase….
-- jennifer a reiter, 2024-11-12

### *---- "Never works"
The app never lets me log in and when I use the customer support ‘the reset password option’ never solves the problem and that’s the only solution they ever offer you. After my month membership is over I will not longer be using sun tan city.
-- Nicki9019, 2024-11-04

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I gave tried to use this app numerous times and it gives me problems every time. I gave taken the phone to the salon for assistance and they couldn’t get it to work either. I have used the client services chat as well which worked once but it continues to infirm me if invalid email or password. Too frustrating to use. Unfortunately, the salon will not allow the deals without the app. Not a friendly tool at all!
-- 3dogsB, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Get it together
-- Lex$699, 2024-09-14

### **--- "App doesn’t work"
I work in the IT field and I have never came across an app that works this terrible. After creating my account and logging in initially, I can’t seem to log back in. Such a hassle and waste of my time.
I only have it 2 stars bc the place I went to was really nice and helpful and I really enjoyed the spray tan I received, but what is the point of this application if it doesn’t work? I’d suggest getting some better application developers involved.
-- Ginafb46, 2024-09-11

### *---- "No good. Never works"
App never works. Can login to the website but never the app. And call customer support and they are zero help.
