Cannot login
I just downloaded this apps, 10 times already, always no connection/connection lost. Is this bugs or what?

Don’t even let you login
Previously working fine, recently they don’t allow Face ID login, make you manually login but then their useless server keeps returning error, need to spam many times to be able to login, and when you do they ask to fill in OTP which they email to you, but then again when you key in correctly and hit enter, once again server error message pops up and when you spam enter, they proceed to send you back to main page and the cycle starts again. How to feel secured with their insurance when app doesn’t even bloody works?
Login doesnt work
Internal error server fail prompt on app. Cant even login.
No fpx or online payment
I give 3 star because no option for FPX or online payment. So i need to log in at the website if i want to pay my plan. Its not convenient for me because the app become useless despite all the fx
OTP issues
Was informed to update personal details. Downloaded the app, but OTP couldn’t reach my email within their 3-min expiry time. There were 2 occasions I could get it quite immediately but upon entering the given OTP, it prompted error Invalid OTP. It’s frustrating & time wasting. Please fix it.
VERIFICATION CODE TAKES FOREVER
It took forever to send the verification code so you can never login.

Constantly connection lost during payout details update.

Apa benda nak cancel pun kena pergi app. Bukak kat web suruh pergi app. App tak function. Bangang
App does not open
The App does not open. The Loading wheel spins until it times out. I deleted the App and reinstalled it and it still does not work on my iPhone. Please fix this.
App’s can’t OPEN
Has been 3 day’s keep loading even my iPhone has been updated 👎
