Vegetarian options
Very few vegetation options without tofu. Often times it suggests meat options with no option to substitute. The recipes are good when they have the right options but I fear it’s not worth the subscription if you don’t eat meat or meat substitutes.
App isn’t working??

Failure to stop shipments that had skipped
Bad customer service would not offer coupon or refund for there mistake. We are on restricted diet and don’t want them choosing and debit my cc did it anyway and wouldn’t make it right. Food is okay but customer service is horrible. If you use setup Ala Carte so they don’t choose your meals and mess up the skip meals app. They lost a good customer due to attitude
Meals are great but…
I have been a subscriber for many years. I love the variety of selections and that you can get organic meats and vegetables. I do not like that the organic meats are not automatically selected and you have to change the protein choice to get the organic option, which is always an additional charge, if it is even offered. I also do not like that many times non organic ingredients (not the protein but the other ingredients) are substituted for organic ones and no refunds/credits are given. The most disappointing delivery however occurred this week when my selections somehow were not saved and I received the default meals none of which I wanted.

The produce is not always the freshest but organic can be that way sometimes. The containers leak at times and once in a while and ingredient has been left out. Not perfect obviously!
For app only
Not sure what they broke but since last update app flat out doesn’t work. Tried reinstalling and everything. Food is great. This is for app only. Literally unusable, white screen, haven’t been able to place an order in a month.
Website is awful!
If you do not use the app and try to use the website on Safari, good luck and bring your patience. My recommendation is only use the app and use the website in Chrome. Even in Chrome it is temperamental! Enjoyed our first basket but may cancel if the issues with getting into the app continue.
Great food, terrible app
I’m rating the app here. It is constantly telling me to check my internet connection and using the support feature is very buggy. There’s an accessibility button right in the text window so you cannot see what you are typing. Lately I cannot authenticate to chat with some other new message about checking my connection, so therefore I cannot get help. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with my connection and countless other apps on my phone. It seems that they resolve one bug and create two more.

I hate it when I get a surprise package. It’s often a food that I don’t want to eat. They should send you a notice before they send you any thing specially when they pick it out for you.
