## Sunbelt Federal CU Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worst"
This is the worst app ever . Like I highly dislike them so much I’m really about to change banks because of this weak ahh app. Like it’s absolutely makes no sense on how bad an app can just be like do better . Just ridiculous.
-- Ahh ahhh ahhh, 2024-12-12

### *---- "RUDE EMPLOYEES"
Do not bank with them!!! So many better options!! They will charge you fees all the time.
-- realnxgga4, 2024-03-28

### *---- "Network Error"
Can’t use app since update no longer able to access my online banking
-- lm79245b, 2023-11-04

### *---- "Always down"
Always network error…. Always doing updates to app during the busy hours of the day. Always having to go by the bank to see how much is in my account. Might be switching banks soon
-- Jackkross, 2023-10-26

### **--- "Network error"
The app goes down ALL the time. Every part of this bank has went mobile for the most part. Not only you can’t check your balances or make transfers but neither can they. When the app is down the actual bank is too and they can’t even access your money. At this point it’s time to move my account to a more reliable bank and I have been with this bank for 20+ years!
-- RivLak23, 2023-05-30

### *---- "BAD!!!"
every other day it says “network error”…. this app is terrible
-- .?.$:&:'d, 2023-04-14

### *---- "Central Sunbelt app"
The worst app I’ve every had. It always saying network error.
-- Bjuyht, 2023-03-17

### *---- "Awful app!!!"
Network error 100% can’t get into my banking app 😣
-- Mrs. Lowery/mom of 5, 2022-12-20

### *---- "Terrible"
**Updating review**
If I could give this app zero stars, I would! I’m so frustrated with this banking app!! Since the most recent update, it says “network error” every single time I try to log on to check my account. I can’t even use the actual banking website to log on to check anything. This bank is starting to be a joke. The team who created the mobile app really missed the mark on this update. Please fix it SOON.

This new app is absolutely terrible! The version previous to this was easier to navigate, and I could deal with it better even though it always stalled or force quit. Please do something about this. Customers are relying way too much on this app for it to be almost useless.
-- NikkiLouWalley, 2022-12-05

### *---- "Worst app & bank in America"
I’ve been with this bank for multiple years and it has been the most aggravating experience when trying to use the app or contact anyone other than calling the branch locations; who will then tell you that they can’t fix the issue and you have to be patient. They have no social media presence anymore because how crap their customer service is and constant issues. Safe to stay away from this bank, because #LocalBuisness never help anyone but themselves.
