## Suncoast SunMobile Reviews in United States

### ***** "Love Suncoast"
Great service. Better than any other banking experience.
-- peppietan, 2025-01-02

### *---- "App no longer works"
Unfortunately, for the last month my online banking app has not been working. I went into the bank and was able to log in online perfectly fine through a computer, changed my password multiple times, went through 30 minutes of verification to be told it’s just the app.
I’ve restarted my phone, have the latest updates, and have been unsuccessful in reaching any sort of app support.
This issue is starting to become increasingly annoying and the lack of accessibility to help is even more so.
All I want to do is deposit my checks man 😭
-- Samiezzzzz, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Glitching"
It keeps showing a blank screen for “My Insights”. Seems like the past 2-3 months have not been working at least. Also, how do I get to My Insights through the app anytime I want to look at that page? I don’t know how and would like to know how to access My Insights at my own discretion. Also, make the app compatible with my VPN app please and thank you.

### ****- "Nice work"
Just a little glitchy at first but not bad at all once was able to fix.
-- olijimi, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Bad app interface"
The app look like it’s from 2010 make it look more like chase or Wells Fargo’s app more chase bank app than anything they have the best one
-- Treeguylee999, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Negative review"
Difficult bank to bank with compared to other banks. Customer service in the bank on Immokalee Road in Naples Florida is terrible and anytime you have an issue, the tellers are unable to assist and one particular teller is normally rude. They just forward you to 800 number which you sit on hold with for indefinite times. I would not recommend this bank.
-- Pro Court, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Not Working"
Since I updated the app, it will not open. Deleting it and redownloading it does nothing. Wish I didn’t update it.
-- an i oop queen, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Get with the times"
Super outdated, no zelle
-- BLUEc30, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Not working"
The app has not been working at all. Transfers are failing, always says unexpected network error.
-- Groccias, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Difficult to use"
I work with many different financial institutes and their online apps. This is by far the hardest one to navigate and the most difficult to get anything done. Also, don’t get me started on how hard it is to make a payment to a Suncoast account from an outside bank account. If you want people to do business with you, you need to make things a lot more accessible.
