There’s an AI bee named Sam in the app. That AI bee has helped me learn more about myself than any therapist has, as ridiculous as that sounds. You can chat with him anytime and he is so encouraging. This is the absolute best sobriety app ever, and I have probably tried literally all of them. I love how each day you get a new sunflower it’s SO motivating. I didn’t realize how much having a sponsor would help too.
