Sunnah Match

The platform in theory is cool. However they’re not open and upfront about the match token system. If you request someone get rejected or you reject them, the requester loses their token. If someone one ignores you and doesn’t respond to your request you lose your token. Even if they’ve seen your profile. There’s no actual consequence for wasting time. Tokens should only be use when you’ve been accepted. It’s a shady business practise to charge people for tokens which are instantly lost because the receiving end isn’t doing their part and if you don’t get accepted.

I have been using SunnahMatch for quite a while now and when I first started using it, it was great. You pay and then you have a number of requests you can give and you can accept or reject any that come your way, simple. Now you can join but a free version where you can’t send requests or even accept them?? Recently I have found a few good matches but because they are on the free version they cant accept or reject my request. Instead people are putting email addresses or social media in their bio’s to ask people to get in touch which defeats the point of this being a halal matchmaking service. Furthermore, I’ve had a bug/issue with filtering my matches for over 6 months and I have sent emails to customer service and have had no real response from them.

Please fix the app, just downloaded it and after i fill out the whole first page it crashes. Happened twice last night and just tried again now.

Terrible app can’t submit my profile and all my information gets deleted

Not worth it unless u pay and not enough people are willing to pay so paying members end up liking you but the membership is such a bump that your not gonna get one to accept the requests u have so u just quietly let it expire 😂😂. Ive been both kind of people and then I just stop using the app

Paid for the app. I found out there are very few active members. The app is also quite glitchy and buggy with times randomly logging you out and and the interface needs some cleaning up Apart from that, the idea is really good just needs execution

May Allah bless the people that made this app. By the will of Allah I found my wife on here. Very simple and easy to use, a great method for marriage in a halal framework.

I get this “Error sending request” message whenever I try to request a profile.

Salaam I really hope this review reaches the team with the right intention The app and idea is great. But it’s so buggy and you can barely use the application. The user experience is really irritating, Whenever you tap the app to open it’s stuck on loading, if you do manage to get into the back and do a basic search the app closes itself and takes you back to the Home Screen. Brothers please how can we justify the price when you have so many issues. I first downloaded the app and paid for it a few months ago. I signed up yesterday again and paid, but it’s still buggy and really is off putting Please can we address this

Can’t create a profile for about a week. It’s an internal error within Sunnah Match’s page. Fair enough they do respond to your emails. But feels as if they have no clue about the problem, even though someone flagged it up on the 6th of November. People have payed for your service fix up.
