Get message indicating “login error “ then screen freezes. -- 22Buddy, 2025-11-12 ### **--- "Lousy App" App hasn’t worked for last two days and forget about customer service from SunMaster as it is non existent! -- Patsat, 2025-11-11 ### *---- "Almost a worthless app" The Sunnova app provides very little information that is of any value. It does not show the amount of energy produced over the various timeframes identified. This app is in need of a major overhaul. Perhaps the new management will recognize the shortcomings and and make improvements. -- akirsch973, 2025-10-27 ### *---- "Awful App" This app is garbage. I cannot pull up any hystorical data and the only production information is what the app says dis being produced at the time you open the app. I have several friends with different solar companies whose apps will show live time production, day to day total production as well as one that would show what each individual panel produces. Fix this. -- SteveP1973, 2025-10-27 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" I can’t get it to open or it gives partial info. -- Sallyboucher, 2025-10-26 ### *---- "CE" I can tell that the panels are working and the app and website is providing production data but information on consumption data and data flowing to grid is not available. -- GameSetMatch40+, 2025-09-16 ### *---- "Never turned on!" I have called repeatedly, I get case numbers for hook up, round and round we go! Next stop Lawyer! I have been paying for a fraud! System was never connected but they send me a bill! Pretty solar panels doing nothing! -- JRBarbuscia, 2025-09-12 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" App doesn’t work. I called customer service and was told to log in to the website and to delete the app and redownload it. It still doesn’t work. What’s the point of the app? -- It’sAcult, 2025-08-06 ### *---- "Worthless" I hired Sunnova and have them put in solar panels, a home generator, a home, backup battery and a car charger a year and a half ago. Accordingly, my app should look exactly like the example in the photos below. It never has. It is completely blank. It just shows an empty house there. I have called Sunnova technical support probably about 40 different times to see when this would be fixed including today and they still tell me they have no idea that according to them, they cannot set up anything to do with the car charger, home generator, etc. In fact, most of them don’t even know what I’m talking about and tell me that their app cannot do any of those things when I’m looking at the photo right in front of my face. When I send them a screenshot of the photo below, they just tell me sorry it’s not set up like that on their end and that those features are not available. They finally sent a technician out to come take a look and like other users here the guy got out, looked at the outside of my box and said your system is working and got back in his van and left without doing anything. So basically I can login and just see how much is left on my loan and that is about it for this app. That certainly could be handled by a webpage. I still have hopes that someday my app may actually be working correctly and look like the photo below, but after a year and a half I am just about tired of trying. If you are the app developer, I would surely love for you to contact me personally so that we could work through these issues with your app as clearly I am not the only customer here is not getting any information from the app. I am more than happy to work with you to get it resolved. -- Paratrp27, 2025-05-13 ### *---- "Worthless- Never Can Show My Data" App has never been able to show any production info for my system. Just spins on “retrieving data”, then says check back later. I did. Months later. Still no data. 👎 -- AirportDave1, 2025-05-09 [View all Sunnova reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Sunnova - [Aladdin Connect](https://apptail.io/app/aladdin-connect-ChG/united-states) - [Schlage Home](https://apptail.io/app/schlage-home-QNH/united-states) - [Level Home](https://apptail.io/app/level-home-CtS/united-states) - [Flo by Moen™](https://apptail.io/app/flo-by-moen-EXT/united-states) - [FRONTSTEPS Community](https://apptail.io/app/frontsteps-community-OeX/united-states) - [myQQ – Quick Quack](https://apptail.io/app/myqq-quick-quack-Unub/united-states) - [Resideo - Smart Home](https://apptail.io/app/resideo-smart-home-QHPb/united-states) - [The Palmetto App](https://apptail.io/app/the-palmetto-app-xmlg/united-states) - [Resideo Connect](https://apptail.io/app/resideo-connect-nZDq/united-states) - [AHS: American Home Shield](https://apptail.io/app/ahs-american-home-shield-qNju/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
