This app leaves a lot to be desired. I receive daily power production but that’s it. It would be more useful if it provided information on power consumption and individual panel production. Otherwise, the app developers just don’t care.
So when they installed my panels the gentleman turn on the system to test it. On the app it showed the system for the little amount of time that it was producing. I had to wait for the power company to come out and put a net meter in and give me permission to turn the system on . Turned the system on bright sunny days my home sits facing East and absolutely nothing showing in the app any production at all nothing,zilch. Contact the company they sent my instructions on restarting my system and still nothing. Have contacted them several more times and nothing. So wasted money on a product ie the panels and system that doesn’t work. Now I am stuck paying money for nothing .
I’ve signed a contract back in October and this app has not kept up with the process at all. My system was turned on today and it still shows that I need to sign a contract
Easy to navigate and full of important info.
I wish there was a better way to see daily production graphs.
Provides amount of KWh per day but not where it is going or how much power is being delivered. Mainly a marketing app to get you to share, sign up others, who has purchased, etc. Installation progress is available from the online communications.
I just received the highest electric bill in 10 years. Can’t get anyone on the phone with number provided. 888-781-7074 Left voice mail with no return call My salesman no longer works there. Can’t login to my account. I’m livid and need to speak to someone immediately.
Hamburger menu button overlaps with iOS last app button on top left, so I end up going to a different app when trying to open this app’s menu.
Easy to use and allows me to monitor my system whenever I want.
Wife and I are happy with this app, We are loving the sunshine as well
