[+] 18:6, 20:4, 1 day (24 hours), and 1.5 day (36 hours) fasts.

Introduced by a family member and I love this app for many reasons. 2nd time tracking my fast and this is by far an App worth having on your phone. You can custom your hours, tracking is friendly to use, appreciate the hour glass menu, also like the ability to track how you feel, log notes and it keeps history. You can see how close you are to your fasting goal. I use this along with my CGM. Well done app and worth leveraging this alongside if your monitoring your overall health.

1) it didn’t keep me signed in! So my fast disappeared even though I logged in with the email I used and the password. 
2) when I went to add it again - it only allowed me to do minutes when I fasted 16hr 45min.

For the simple fact that it deleted my fast from yesterday this app is pure junk in my opinion. I thought I was going to love this app since I’m getting back into IF and my all time favorite IF app closed up shop last year after using it for 7 years! So back to the market I go!

It’s simply the best intermittent fasting app out of all. It’s simple to understand. No confusing word usage. It’s an honest app that doesn’t trick clients into paying for useless and pointless options. All other intermittent apps can’t compare to how good Sunrise is.

Love the preset and custom app options. Came here from using Zero app because of their annoying subscription pop ups. In this app the interface is clean and simple to use. However, I wanted to use the notes option but cannot swipe away the keyboard to save notes. Why is the save notes button at the bottom of the screen and made inaccessible by the keyboard? Why does the vertical swipe to remove the keyboard also remove the notes screen completely and deletes my note. I cannot use this feature and it seems the developer didn't attempt this feature on an iphone. This simple thing should be fixed.

You can pick a fast but you can also say you’ve already started. User friendly. I love the monthly view of what I’ve fasted for history, 
I just wish for the monthly history it showed when you started and ended. I did a 48 hour and it shows the day I started with the hours I fasted and then blank until the next day I started a fast. I’d love some kind of marking to show I started, the time, and across the days in some other color-like a multi day event in outlook. I’d also love a chart that would pop up saying after this many hours I’m in ketosis, after this many hours fasting is doing this benefit…there are lots of videos which could be nice if I had time to watch them. But a quick infographic is easier. Other than that I love this ! Much more than the other one I was using

I have been using this app to track my IF progress for a while now! I can honestly say that it is the best one I have ever used! It’s simple to set up and minimalistic in the information it provides! I don’t need a lot of bells and whistles! I just want to know what time my fast starts and when it ends —as well as being able to view my history! This app checks all the boxes!

I have been using this for a few years and it’s honestly one of the best fasting apps I have ever used whenever I need to intermittent fast for a few weeks or so I use this and it keeps me on track and even when I’m not fasting I’d like to use it just to make sure i’m not over indulging
