Sunshine Pilates is a Christ-centered virtual Pilates studio where movement becomes worship, Scripture grounds your mind, and every workout brings you closer to Jesus while strengthening your body from the inside out.

After years of teaching and taking Pilates, Callie Gualy, founder of Sunshine Pilates, loved the workout but often felt something missing. The music, the atmosphere, the pressure to look a certain way…it felt off in her spirit. 

Even after a great workout, she often left feeling drained spiritually, not energized.

While sitting with the Lord one quiet morning, she felt Him call her to incorporate faith in her workouts.
Soon after, she was invited to teach Pilates at a Christian retreat for nearly a hundred college-age women. 

What happened that day became the foundation for Sunshine Pilates.

As she guided the class through movement, Scripture, and worship, the Holy Spirit filled the room. Hearts were touched. Jesus met people right on their mats.

Callie realized:
Fitness could be worship. Movement could be ministry.

From that moment, Pilates and Praise was born, our signature workout where we blend Christ-centered affirmations and scripture with thoughtfully programmed Pilates flows, all taught by certified instructors.
