## Sunshine Village Banff Description
Sunshine Village Banff is your official guide to Sunshine Village Resort, all at your fingertips.

• See which runs are groomed and which closed. Locate yourself on the trail map — not a hard-to-read GPS map.†

• Share your location on the mountain with friends, and see your friends' locations on the trail map.†

• Record your runs and log vertical feet and distance. If you have an Apple Watch, record your runs as a workout and see your workout in the Health app. Display your tracks and replay your runs on the trail map. Email images to friends, post them to social media, or view them in Google Earth. Store your logs on iCloud and view them on all your devices. Send your logs to a leaderboard and compare vertical and distance with others at the resort.†

• Find up-to-date information about the mountain, including snow conditions, weather, and webcam images.

• Get up-to-the-minute lift status information.

• Quickly find information about lessons and other programs and amenities.

• Easily locate and contact key places at the resort and in the village with the built in directory.

• Learn about events from the events calendar.

• Get the latest news from Sunshine Village via the resort's Twitter feed and Facebook posts.

† Location and Logging services require a GPS-equipped device. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

## Sunshine Village Banff Reviews in Canada

### ***-- "Good app. Some issues"
Some good info. Some basic functions are not user friendly. Workout tracking with Apple Watch seems good but issues when posting to Strava. Seems like the app has several bugs.
-- 🐱🐣🦁🙉💯, 2024-12-31

### ***-- "Not bad, but could be better…"
It’s a bit cluttered on the front face of it. The email with the QR code is not for lift loading. You have to make sure you get the second email and use that to link your ticket. Would be perfect if you purchased a ticket and it came up immediately in the app to use when needed. Didn’t try the other app features yet.
-- Lutefiski, 2024-12-29

### ***** "Snowboard time"
Great app
-- vances411, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Keep the cams open on the storm board"
Stop hiding the amount of snow
-- Doesntmattereh, 2024-12-23

### ***** "Best mountain in Canada!!"
I’m SO glad SAV is my home mountain, I secure a pass every season!!
-- Canadianbigmac, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Crappy"
Very cumbersome
-- Scrabber$@@, 2024-12-18

### ***** "World Class"
I consider Sunshine Village Banff to be one of the best I have skied anywhere in the world. Very fortunate to have this in my backyard and close enough for day trips. Love it.
-- Snowslayer2024, 2024-11-29

### ***** "Ski Day"
Great day at the the Shine!!
-- MWD10002, 2024-11-18

### **--- "Please fix this"
the navigation is so counter intuitive that the map you are at is a shade blue icon while others are vivid. I was so confused sometimes i watched the map… it’s so easy to switch the color of titles and icons..plz do this
-- Mr. He( he,him), 2024-11-06

### ***** "Everything you need in one place"
Such a great and useful app, everything you need in one place making it super easy
-- BPSO, 2024-10-28
