Main issues. 1) there is no real-time data available through the app. You have to install 3rd party products onto your inverter to get that. Massive own goal. 2) you get logged out of the app every couple weeks even if you use the app daily. It’s a REAL PAIN. All my other apps have figured this one out!!! -- Vorgon, 2024-12-05 ### **--- "App not working" Great app when it works. Huge amounts of downtime. -- CH2901, 2024-11-11 ### *---- "Cor" App is very unreliable as it is off or offline too often! -- @@@@Cor, 2024-11-09 ### *---- "Log in errors" Getting an account not registered error when registering and when I say forgot password it says account not registered. -- Cflam3, 2024-11-03 ### **--- "Poor graphics" Poor graphics legibility they can do better. -- Graphics poor, 2024-10-30 ### ****- "Power Flow animation not working on iPhone" Sunsynk support inform me that the problem is with my app and will be solved with the next update. Not solved !! Did a hard reset on my iPhone and the problem was fixed SunSynk support very helpful! Thanks -- Strys9, 2024-10-20 ### **--- "App disappointing" Often get the “service error” message and there is no answer or response as to what the actual issue is with the app? -- Mellis101, 2024-09-08 ### ***-- "Fix app" Please fix the app. After last updates you have to sign in almost every time. The app is down a lot. The new layout is small, the font size need to be bigger. My parents also has the app and they can’t read the small font. The previous layout was better. -- Amy Max, 2024-07-17 ### *---- "Screen" The app never fits on any screen, and frequently asks for a login again. -- Krum526, 2024-07-06 ### **--- "Poor app" I expected something more professional. But then again, there’s no alternative..now just crossing fingers that this is not a predictor of Sunsynk after sales service.. -- Krisjan Snijders, 2024-06-09 [View all Sunsynk Connect reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Sunsynk Connect Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | South Africa | Utilities | #199 | ## Sunsynk Connect Discovered Keywords -
