## Sunway Malls App Reviews in Malaysia

### *---- "Lousy app"
No detection and after click redemption has to be another mall 400kms away. Super lousy marketing
-- True review66, 2024-07-16

### *---- "Downgrade over the old App"
This new app is slower and harder to use than the older Sunway Pyramid app. Several features are removed and the interface is not user friendly.
-- RetinaDP, 2024-02-21

### *---- "Tapping search bar twice"
It’s bad navigation design if you have to make the user tap on the search bar twice. The first search bar appears upon opening the app. Tapping on that search bar will bring up yet another search bar. That’s just silly and burdensome. Fix it please. I don’t want to tap on a search bar twice before I can actually type something.
-- arasohe, 2023-02-23

### ***** "Nice for redemption and never getting lost."
Been using the app for some of the events' redemption and love the navigation feature cause I always get lost in malls.
-- Mich.L Fung, 2022-11-07

### ***** "Amazing and user friendly mall app"
I love the directory and navigation function, I’ll never get lost in Sunway Pyramid!
-- euchjcfh, 2022-11-07

### ***** "Very good app and easy to use"
Easy to use
-- leng zai bb, 2022-11-07

### *---- "Parking doesn’t support TnG!"
Please let us pay with touch n go wallet
-- birdkingz, 2022-06-11

### ***** "Parking Map"
Hi, can you please insert back the Parking Map feature? It could be more convenient for others to pick their parking space. Thanks!
-- Geometris217, 2020-10-15

### ****- "Smart Parking Implementation"
Now that you started the smart parking which is good for entry. When will the app integration for payment start? Queuing to pay is totally counter-productive to this system
-- Sanjay1203, 2020-08-12

### *---- "Unable to register for smart parking"
Keep hitting error : response status code was unacceptable: 401 while trying to register for newly launched Smart Parking function.
-- Alicecheah, 2019-10-29
