I have been completely impressed by their service. Every time I have an issue they are so quick to respond and I love using the mobile ap. It is so convenient. I will forever be a customer as they helped me recoup some of my money from a scam. Love love SunWest CU!! -- Great PW app, 2026-05-13 ### ***** "Awesome" My branch is the best!! -- Mrs. Irritated, 2026-01-01 ### *---- "Want the old" Version back unless you plan to buy me a new iPad -- Donandphyl, 2025-11-30 ### ***** "Best thing ever" It’s so simple and amazingly useful -- Shizimgizmgar, 2025-07-10 ### *---- "Suddenly doesn’t work" A recent update, identified as “bug fixes” suddenly requires IOS 17. So without warning or actual notification, this app, which has been great for years, won’t work on my iPhone. -- nickname wth?!?!?, 2024-05-06 ### **--- "Updates" Loved the app til the update came along. Can’t update this app. -- sacr33, 2024-03-20 ### *---- "Kept money" I had money in checking and savings. The app reported having $ in savings and checking. SunWest closed my accounts saying that I owed!?!? Something isn’t right there! -- Truthful William of Troy, 2024-02-15 ### ***** "New Sunwest Online Banking App" I am absolutely LOVING this app and it’s recent upgrade, it’s super easy to use! -- Abi L M, 2022-12-26 ### *---- "Please bring back the old app" This new app is so hard to use and such a pain to see each individual transaction. The old app was so much easier to use and I could see all my accounts at once. It’s difficult to scroll around to see all my accounts. It has also caused multiple fights when sharing accounts with others because it’s hard to tell the accounts apart when your scrolling around. The background colors vs font color is very dark and hard to see. The only function I enjoy about this app is the face login, otherwise bring back the old app. -- *i prefer the old app*, 2022-12-03 ### *---- "New site" The new site design is terrible. Difficult to follow compared to the previous one. The Mobile banking doesn’t function very well. I tried 4 times to deposit a check this morning. Wanted it in money market. Kept rejecting finally on the last try changed the accounts from money market to checking and it accepted it. I diffidently do not like this site !!! Haven’t been able to totally balance my account since it was placed in service !!! And now it will not send until I put a nickname. 5 tries and they are all taken. Just going to use my name. -- SindyBiernacki, 2022-11-21 [View all SunWest CU Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to SunWest CU Mobile - [InBank Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/inbank-mobile-MRfb/united-states) - [SunWest CU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/sunwest-cu-mobile-banking-tmEc/united-states) - [High Country Bank](https://apptail.io/app/high-country-bank-OMQc/united-states) - [Power CU](https://apptail.io/app/power-cu-rnRd/united-states) - [Minnequa Works CU](https://apptail.io/app/minnequa-works-cu-koRd/united-states) - [Sunwest Bank Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/sunwest-bank-mobile-banking-RJIj/united-states) - [Colorado PERA](https://apptail.io/app/colorado-pera-Jmln/united-states) - [BankSanJuans](https://apptail.io/app/banksanjuans-kccq/united-states) - [Ent Credit Cards](https://apptail.io/app/ent-credit-cards-LFMu/united-states) - [PB&T Anywhere](https://apptail.io/app/pbt-anywhere-yHww/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
