## Super Fleets Description
Super Fleets is a naval-battle-themed strategy mobile game with vivid graphics and tactical confrontation, providing players an immersing experience in real maritime wars. A vast expanse of world map, scattered with bases of thousands of players and rich resource mines, supports multiple 1v1 or group battles between players at the same time. Collect resources, establish your own fleet, upgrade technologies and dominate the seas! You can also compete with other players in arena or trans-server battles. With your understanding of tactics and flexible strategy, you can lead your fleet to glory! What one needs to do to achieve these goals is very simple and straight-forward, even for those unfamiliar with this game type. You will get a comprehensive initial guidance from the beginning of the game and you can get help whenever you ponder on what to do next. Just click with your fingertips and you can conquer the world!

【Take the initiative to launch attacks and dominate the sea】
Where my fleet sails is where my justice lies. Inshore defense is not the best choice for an ambitious fleet. Only fighting on the high sea leads to power and hegemony! Once you leave the base, you will find many targets to loot! 

【Command your fleet to cross the T】
Weaken your enemies before they attack you. Minimize the damage taken when attacked by enemies. Cripple your enemies at once when you get the chance to attack. These are the key points in naval battles. Use different formations with the same warships against the same enemy will lead to completely different results.

I tried to log into my base this morning and the game said “username or password incorrect”. I don’t know why cause I was on attending to my base the previous night. I tried to log in several times to no luck. Too much time was spent building up my base to a power of over 220 million. 
So, I decided to delete the game and I will never play this game again.

The customer support responses are arrogant and unhelpful. The game has many bugs and there are hacks all over in this game. When there is a merger of servers on April 24 many players were unable to log back on. I know, I am one of them. They also double charge you for purchases if you let them. I have had to fight for refunds many times. I would go elsewhere if I was you. I'm done with this app.

When they do updates many people get locked out of their accounts or deleted and when they merge servers in the game look out big problems are going to occur. I just got locked out of the game today Jan 11, 2020. It said account name or password is incorrect but I was logged in not 3 hours ago. This game has so many bugs I suggest you run from this game and spend your money elsewhere.

Crying shame a game with a good following can’t fix glitches that were repaired at on time but came right back when they did “ maintenance “. 2 weeks of log in if you can and no legion when you do get in so have to log back out spend another 20 minutes to get back in if you are lucky enough to have your legion back power jumps up and do can’t finish dailies and get no points for what you do. Crying shame the devs can’t fix a problem in 2 weeks

This game is fun, and the ship types are creative, and it is always cool to acquire a new ship. However, be aware that micro transactions are unreliable. Once, there was a deal where if you purchased diamonds, you would receive a special ship pack. I purchased a small amount of diamonds, and never got my ships. On multiple occasions, I purchased diamonds, but I never actually received them. The game is fun, but don’t ever spend money on it.

I have played this game for years. I have spent a lotttttt too as truly it’s a pay to play game. Which is fine right I played cause I liked the game and the friendships. However when a play to win game has errors in events and the developers don’t like to make right it’s time to quit. I have all types of issues and have even overlooked issues that costed me money like not getting diamonds or getting double charged. Which i tunes always resolved not the game developers so i kept playing. However this was last time they get me as i expected them to resolve an issue in an event and do right by the error.  I lost big time and they refuse to compensate me. They actually took 3-4 weeks to even get me an answer and countless emails back and forth for them to just say nothing they can do. I was a top 25 player probably in the whole game and if they let me walk imagine how they would treat a new player. Stay away it’s just a matter of time before something happens to you. They were asking for the event name which I didn’t have as it expires but the developers know what it is. When I told them I was writing a review they remembered ironically but still wouldn’t compensate me. So I’m out.

Tried to contact them as they commented. They just say the same old dance and song. It’s not them and nothing can be done. I even asked to speak to someone above the person I emailed and they just ignored Me. Completed joke they don’t care about you as a consumer. DON’T start to play this game ever

The game is only about money with players spending well over 10k on accounts, id imagine its the developer doing it to drive spending through the roof, which it does. 
Beyond that its full of glitch's from chat to rewards and customer service!!!! Yeah right they used to take weeks to respond now its days but its always the same. No customer service its just automated responses. If id not invested so much in this id quit and if i could sue to get my money back id be the happiest guy. Besides that its ok thats why i gave it 2 stars.

I’ve been locked out for 5 days. Just not getting into the game. I have played this game for 2+ years and enjoy it. However about every 4 months a lock out like this occurs and totally screws up the game. I’m thinking its time to move on.

Finally let back into the game and all my history is gone! Game is starting me over in a new server. Not me!!! If you can’t get me back to my server, I’m done. Period.

Customer support is a joke with this game. First they tried claiming the issue was resolved and that they had provided compensation for the issue. After several more complaints about the still on going issue since September 28th no further action to resolve the issue has occurred. Apple should remove this company from the play store permanently because of the horrible customer support history.

This game is not made for people that believe if you play a game long enough then you can even out the odds. The fact is there is either Oasis players getting enormously huge in the game or credit card fraud from a legion called TheKirgins on server 58 going on gaining a huge advantage against players that come to play. Players you will see in the rankings are SkeHill, Corso, and LordVader. All seem to have endless advantage against anyone. When talking to technical support about the issue, they say the drops are random. Randomly granted I would say. Don't play this game. I'm gonna try to get my money back. The game is a ripoff and these players seem to have stake in it. I have to give it 1 star but I'd give it -10 if I could to post this review.
