I complained to super and they did not help at all. They just told me to contact my bank. Super payments make you do all the payments by bank transfer , not card payment. Which means you have absolutely no recourse if you get scammed. I’ve contacted my bank, trading standards, and the citizens advice bureau, and nobody can get my money back.
