The Adventures of Super Stretch app was developed by Jessica Rosenberg, an industrial designer and 500 E/RYT national yoga educator, plus an incredible team of creative app developers. Jessica’s love for yoga, inspiration from her students and desire to offer children accessible wellbeing tools helped bring Super Stretch to life.

The app was created for everyone - young to old, layman and educators - to teach the immeasurable benefits of yoga. Yoga is a powerful physical discipline. In the ten years of teaching thousands of wellness classes, Jessica has seen incredible transformations. An estimated 17.5 million adults practice yoga. As of 2007, there were over 1.5 million children practicing yoga.

The scientific community is coming out with more and more research statistics on how yoga is helping children with issues like obesity, diabetes and asthma. And yoga has been proven beneficial in teaching positive cognitive skills for a variety of different special needs populations, from physical disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders. The physical practice of yoga provides a healthy outlet to calm the nervous system reducing stress and teaching kids how to relax. The mindfulness and breathing aspects of yoga offer children skills for dealing with emotions giving them an ability to understand their feelings and relate to others. The balancing and standing postures help kids with sensory integration issues, which help to provide structure and discipline in their development. Yoga helps cultivate good character traits like trusting and respecting themselves and others.

Super Stretch is an educational yoga tool to use and teach the fun of physical activity and breathing to children. They will use the skills of self-awareness, self-esteem and self-regulation that they learn from this app as a foundation for the rest of their lives.

Are you ready for the Adventures? Stay tuned for upcoming app flash card series and digital download activity books.

## Super Stretch Yoga Reviews in United States

### **--- "Totally unusable"
This app is very glitchy! It will only play the first video you click on on an endlessly repeating loop. There is no way to go back to the main menu and pick a different pose or even press a next button to move to the next pose. Does not work at all. The poses themselves are good and I like that they have real kids demonstrate but not when the app is unusable!
-- Elimartino, 2019-12-09

### *---- "Unsatisfied customer"
The app was my son favorite now all it does is just repeat one excerise I was forced to delete it. I would not recommend anyone to download this app I think it needs to come down until it gets fixed
-- akelia simmons, 2019-10-24

### ***-- "Stuck in a loop"
This app was my kids’ favorite, but now it gets stuck on one exercise. You can’t do anything except repeat that exercise endlessly or force quit. I tried reinstalling with no change. We are so disappointed!
-- shannrae, 2019-10-13

### ***** "Fun, educational exercises to do with your children"
We had a great time! Thanks for making this app.
-- Poppy144, 2017-06-30

### ***** "Superduper!"
This app works great. If you aren't getting the sound make sure your mute is not turned on and the volume is all the way up. My now 5 year old has used this app since he was 2. He loves the animals and characters, can't wait for the next update to see more animals and poses! 😊❤️💜
-- srnaptrsn, 2016-03-25

### ****- "Great"
Sound is fine! If your aren't getting sound, take your device off of mute...

Great app, kids love it. Wish the segments went longer or at least a repeat option would be nice.

Also was hoping it would get updates with new animals and poses. Would pay $1 for at least 3 or more new poses/animals.
-- ClemsonTigerAlumn, 2016-01-30

### *---- "No sound"
Really? So disappointing there is no sound!
-- Suzi444, 2015-08-14

### *---- "How?"
How is this app featured in a teacher magazine, and it has no sound? Comments from 2012 and still not fixed?
-- TeachSub, 2014-10-23

### ***-- "No Sound!"
This would be amazing with sound!
-- mkroenke, 2014-07-14

### *---- "NO SOUND!!"
Since this is suppose to be story related & led by the superhero it's pointless without the sound!! Fix that & it looks great!
