## Super Strong Description
We built this app because most lifting apps are either overloaded with features you'll never use, or they're just glorified spreadsheets. We wanted something simpler and smarter - an app that handles the programming so you can focus on training.

Super Strong generates your workouts automatically using built-in progression intelligence. As you log your sets, the app learns what you can actually do, tracks your performance, and prescribes your next session - similar to how a good trainer would.

The goal is simple: help you get stronger over time, with as little friction as possible.

## Super Strong Reviews in United States

### ***** "You Have to Try Super Strong for your Lifts"
I’ve been looking for a new workout app or tool to track my progress and provide some guidance for a while and found this one recently. It’s been EXTREMELY helpful thusfar, mainly because it’s UI is easy to navigate and straightforward — what you need in the gym/for a workout. The exercises explanations are so convenient and prevent me from having to look things up in the gym, and i’ve learned some new exercises too!

### ***** "Elegantly Perfect"
I have used about 20 different "workout" tracking apps over the years.

They're all unnecessary complicated, or way too simple. This is the FIRST I used that has ALL THE FEATURES I NEED without any of the stuff I dont.

The workouts are damn good too, Im on day 3 and they keep getting better. Couldn't recommend more. Already told my buddies.
