The Super73 App will give you access to features such as Navigation, Tracking your rides, customizing your Dashboard, control of Lights & Pedal Assist Levels (PAS) and it provides a portal to Customer Service Support.

La bicicleta no acelera de la nada y el Soporte no debería llamarse Soporte porque es nulo a la hora de pedir ayuda, responden en tres meses después diciéndome que quieren más datos de la bicicleta y míos siendo que ya los entregué y los proporcioné todos, es como si se burlaron de sus clientes, de haber sabido que el Soporte iba a ser tan nefasto, jamás en mi vida me hubiese comprado esta bicicleta de miles de dólares y que ahora no sirve para nada y es una basura ya que nadie me puede ayudar ni siquiera su propio Servicio Tecnico

I wish the bike would restore the previous ride settings every time I start the battery. Also, can we get landscape orientation for the dashboard in the iOS app? Adding all the settings to the app would also bump this to 5 stars.

Very good but a major miss to me is how it can’t be used in landscape mode.

I really want the main home dashboard to flip if I turn my phone sideways. Dream state is a landscape view with mph/stats on one side and then maps on the other. Think Tesla model 3 UI. Do that and I’ll ride super73 bikes for eternity.

When I got my Super73, I bought the app and I tried to login with my email and it said email already took and login. And so I did a random email and it still said email already took.

I’ve been owning my bike for three years now the app was bad to begin with. It’s even worse now I really think the CEO of this company needs to be pulled down and needs to be taught valuable lessons about business because this company is a successful failure altogether.

The app is simple and streamlined. It would be great… if it didn’t crash within a minute or two of trying to use it. The battery meter doesn’t update - it stays stuck on the percent it was at when the app connects and stays that way until you force quit and restart. The navigation crashes, the telemetry doesn’t work (due to crashing). This is poor, especially on iPhone, where the platform and OS is so stable and can be easily optimized. It’s been this way since I’ve had my bike - over two years now. Super73 is established enough now that I’d expect much better.

This firmware update forces your bike to default to mode 2 every time you turn it on/off.  So now if you want mode 4 you have to open the app, pair, and reset it to 4 ever time you ride.  Very disappointing that Super 73 doesn’t tell you this before you upgrade. And you can’t downgrade to the previous firmware. 
Bummer.
