As soon as a pay application is approved and payment is processed, conditional and unconditional lien waivers are automatically sent to all relevant contractors. All signed waivers are securely stored in the cloud, making them readily accessible whenever needed.

One of the best parts? Contractors can’t submit a new pay application if they haven’t signed previous lien waivers, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
