## SuperHear Description
Listen clearly. Capture locally. Stay private.

Super Hear turns your iPhone and AirPods into a private personal listening utility. Boost nearby sound, capture recordings, create on-device transcripts, and use Beat Detect to inspect repeating audio patterns. Everything runs on your device. No accounts, no cloud processing, no tracking.

LIVE SOUND BOOST
• Real-time microphone amplification through AirPods or wired headphones
• Three preset modes for Talk, Distant, and Ambient listening
• Custom 6-band EQ for manual sound tuning
• Adaptive noise reduction for low-frequency rumble
• Own-voice ducking for more comfortable monitoring

BEAT DETECT
• Detects repeating low-frequency audio patterns through the iPhone microphone
• Multiple detection methods compare repeating beat estimates
• Signal-quality indicators help show when the audio pattern is clearer
• Motion-aware guidance helps reduce noisy or unstable readings

RECORDINGS
• One tap captures local audio recordings
• On-device speech-to-text creates local transcripts
• Beat Detect recordings can include local audio-pattern summaries
• Export single recordings or zip your local archive
• Quick cleanup tools help remove short test clips

PROFILES
• Create separate profiles on the same device
• Each profile keeps its own EQ, settings, and recordings library

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
• No accounts
• No sign-in
• No ads
• No third-party analytics
• Audio, transcripts, recordings, and Beat Detect data stay on your iPhone
• Microphone, speech recognition, and motion permissions are used only for local app features

REQUIRES
• iPhone running iOS 17 or later
• AirPods or wired headphones for live listening

Super Hear is a personal listening utility. Beat Detect readings are best-effort audio estimates for repeating sounds. The app does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or provide medical advice.
