Same conclusion every time. What it does… it does WELL! Really well! Developers are AWESOME! Marketing too. Product design not so much. Missing very important features. 1. Shared inbox for multiple accounts. 2. Does not prioritize new emails well. Meaning you can create split and automations but you have to train it over time like fancy outlook rules. Gmail and spark are the opposite. You can ignore ALL the junk and it will surface the needed stuff automatically so you never miss anything. This is the NUMBER ONE issue I have. I need an email client that when I have a new email by a new client or a new vendor, or a new support reply, it shows up as a priority email without me telling it to do anything. That is how I want a client to leverage AI and ML. Not to help write my emails. However, recently SH has introduced teams. They have altered the UI making team features the easiest accessible features. As someone who doesn’t use these features, these buttons are in the way. It would be great if SH would check whether your subscription includes team features and enables/disables UI elements accordingly. However, SH doesn’t. The other features around inbox zero are great. Gmail handling is OK but you are probably reading this because you want to organize work email which is pretty slow for exchange /outlook mail or most other servers. Search is super slowwww. Try spark mail for free with the same functions including cmd+K or just wait for Notion to release their email client soon. I tried superhuman for one month and was very disappointed.
