## Superior Propane Reviews in Canada

### ****- "Rural Hamilton Customer"
Superior has been a good company to work with. The app has come a long way in 3 years and it makes paying my invoice and monitoring my tank very easy
-- mveenstra79, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Poor service from company"
I feel compelled to share my ongoing and deeply frustrating experience with Superior Propane to warn others about their lack of accountability, care, and professionalism.

Months ago, I requested the removal of a propane tank from my property. Despite repeated assurances since September 2024 , the tank is still sitting on my property today! I have been told that the issue will continue into the new year because they “don’t have enough staff.” This is the same excuse they’ve been giving me for months, with no progress or urgency in resolving the problem.

What’s even more concerning is that I’ve repeatedly voiced safety concerns about the tank remaining on my property, and these concerns have been completely ignored!!!!

Throughout this ordeal, I’ve been met with dishonesty, a lack of care, and a refusal to let me escalate my concerns to management—even after multiple requests. My questions and concerns have been ignored or dismissed, leaving me feeling frustrated, unsafe, and unheard.

This ongoing situation makes it clear that Superior Propane does not prioritize safety, customer care, or accountability. If you’re considering doing business with them, I strongly recommend reconsidering.

### ***** "User friendly application"
I like having access the Superior propane application. It allows me to monitor the propane status and all other actions related to its managing especially when I am away from the house.
-- pseudoneuf, 2024-12-18

### ***** "5 years of good service"
Propane is always here on time, delivery drivers are friendly, smart meter is great, app is convenient and rates are reasonable (comparatively anyway). It was our first time on propane so we didn’t know what to expect, but tank delivery and setup was quick and everything since then has been easy. It’s been 5 years of good service with no complaints.

-- Sous chez nous, 2024-11-14

### ***** "Super pratique."
Super pratique pour effectuer des transactions ou demander une livraison.
-- G9p4w3, 2024-11-11
