Ordered a modem off them a week before my move in date.
Ordered a modem off them a week before my move in date. I was promised it would arrive Monday the 30th. I call 5 days before the 30th to make sure it’s coming and they insist it is. I call on the 30th and they say that the order just came through and it’ll be there in a week. Despite the fact that the modem hasn’t left the factory I can’t cancel the modem order. Easily the worst experience I’ve had with an internet provider
Why remove the data usage?
Not sure why you’ve removed the data usage feature in latest upgrade, even though plans are unlimited data the removal seems silly. New layout confusing
Don’t bother
Every month the same story. They try to charge me on a card that I cancelled ages ago. Even though I updated the payment details, they still try to charge the old one and charge me an additional $10 for late payment. Moving to another ISP
New app
The new app is atrocious. It’s slow. Every time you press a button, it takes 10 seconds to load. All the previous useful information is gone. You can’t contact support or view network outages. Clicking usage does not bring up usage. It questions the company's capabilities. It is so bad.
Keeps getting worse
This app just keeps getting worse with every iteration. The new update doesn’t allow you to login with your username and password, doesn’t remember you the next day you open the app so need to go through the process again and they’ve removed the daily/monthly data usage view. Such a pointless app. Do better, honestly.
Terrible
Why do I have to continuously have to retype login and password details even after having biometrics turned on. It won’t even accept saved passwords requiring both the login and password to. E retyped.
Good service, terrible App
App is simply awful and mostly useless for doing anything. Won’t stay logged in, PDFs won’t open or download…truly terrible

Lacking most features
App has almost no useful features whatsoever, if anything at all goes wrong you will need to call support instead of being able to do basic troubleshooting yourself like with some of their competitors.
Doesn’t support the new screen resolution on iPhone 16 Pro
this App is still not updated to the new display resolution of iPhone 16 Pro! It’s been 6.5 weeks since the release of the iPhone 16 Pro. And still no update.
