## Supernan Reviews in India

### ***** "Reliable service"
The Supernan app came as a rescuer for me . I found a super loving nanny for my baby . All the staff of Supernan are really cooperative and understand your concerns and help you find the suitable nanny according to your requirements. I would recommend them to all parents .
-- Dr Smitha Reddy, 2024-11-03

### ***** "Best in Bangalore so far"
Been using them for the last 3 weeks and have been the most consistent and helpful.

Nannies are trained unlike other places so overall good experience
-- AiyappaSD, 2024-11-03

### ***** "Intuitive and flexibility"
I’m so grateful to have found this app. We were struggling to find a nanny and other services we tried charged us high fees and lacked the flexibility we needed. Supernan is flexible and easy to use, and the nannies are well trained and vetted, unlike with other services. Beyond the app, the Supernan staff truly thought about the kind of nanny who’d be a good fit for us and they were super accessible whenever we had a concern. I’d recommend this service to anyone.

### ***** "Best reliable Nanny App in Bangalore"
After trying with so many Nanny Apps such as KLAY, Prenu and BookMyNanny I have finally found the one which meets all the requirement. It’s slightly expensive but the kind of service they provide - it’s all worth it. All the nannies are well trained and background checked (KYC, Police verification) by the company. Nanny’s contacts details and home address provided by the company and there is an app to track the live location, give feedback, pick other nannies from available lot and make online payment etc.

Basheera is the Nanny for my 8 months old daughter and it has been a blessing since Basheera has started taking care of my daughter. A few of the highlights - No TV, No Phone unnecessary usage, feeding while singing and playing, talking to the baby, reading stories etc, taking the baby to a stroll at least a couple of times a day, proper massage and bath everyday etc.

If you need a nanny service. I would definitely recommend SuperNan app to try for a few days/weeks/month at the beginning and post that you can decide.

### ****- "Supernan"
Excellent service from the nanny.
It was a real struggle to find a good nanny until I came across Supernan and am very happy with the service. The nanny is a class apart from the run of the mill untrained ones we often come across. I can really see the difference.

The app however could use a few changes - staying logged in, subscription reminders and ease of log of attendance on the nanny's app would be helpful.

### ***** "Truly a lifesaver!"
Be it a last minute nanny requirement or a long term arrangement, supernan has got it all. The most useful app to keep with you for child care service!
-- Clarakurian, 2024-04-30

### ****- "Decent app but very good service"
From the usage and experience stand point, it is a decent app. Some improvements needed. But, the service they are providing is really good and much needed. Nannies associated with them are skilled in child car. The SuperNan team is very responsive and handles queries patiently.

### ***** "Good level of care"
We’ve been happy with the quality of nannies we’ve met through the app. I appreciate the opportunity to have a video interview before hiring a nanny as well as the supervision feature. I’m glad this service exists in Bangalore!
-- Nandita., 2024-04-08

### ***** "Best nanny service in Bangalore"
Supernan is a great service provider for part-time nannies in Bangalore. Their nannies are trained (unlike a lot of other agencies here), hygienic, efficient and organised. After almost giving up my search for nannies here, I came across their platform and am extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided. The founder Neethi takes personal interest in understanding the customer’s requirement and providing a suitable candidate for the same. I wish they had an option for providing 24x7 help too.

### ***** "Much needed Nanny service."
I was struggling to find a good nanny in Bangalore for my 6 month old and this was suggested by someone. To be honest, I was a lil skeptical about using an app for a nanny but decided to give it a try and am very glad I did. :)

The Nanny’s are well-trained and polite. I love that I can interview them and book them for a short term trial before committing to long term and that they offer supervision when I’m out of the house so I don’t have to worry too much. I have found a trusted nanny whom I intend to stick to and I will come back to this app for any short term needs (like a weekend out) too.

The app itself can sometimes take significant bandwidth for video monitoring, requires location services etc but these are minor things when compared to the service provided which is excellent and much needed for working mothers.
