## Superpunch Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
It won’t take in my correct username/password. After trying all workarounds still gives the same error. This has been happening since a month now. This app has tons of problems for all which needs to be fixed.
-- nin0301, 2024-06-03

### *---- "REALLY NEED TO WORK ON THIS APP"
This app have never worked for me ever since I joined the company. Tried all the troubleshooting but never worked. Hopefully someone will fix the app one day and I can use it.
-- ayaankinu, 2023-09-01

### *---- "Review"
This app is slow inconsistent and overall very poor. NOT GOOD
-- natemanden, 2022-07-16

### *---- "Have to delete and redownload every time"
Usually that doesn’t work either anymore
-- Rhetorikk, 2022-06-28

### *---- "Can't log In"
It's super weird that I can login using the same credentials on the system perfectly fine but when I do it on the phone it says "Your username and password is incorrect". I tried deleting the app multiple times and reinstalling it. I checked for software update and restarted my phone. I even try logging in using my spare phone. I contact ANSWER and they change my password twice but still won't work on the phone.
-- gem250226, 2022-02-16

### **--- "Why do I need to reinstall the app all the time?"
This app has not been working for me since April 2021. I need to reinstall the app every time I need to check my schedule or to request a time off as it keeps saying that I am off and I’m not working.
-- Starrs ✨, 2022-01-06

### *---- "No hours , No schedule"
It doesn't show hours. Every-time i have to delete and redownload to make it work. It needs a-lot of work
-- Babaldeep kaur Bhangu, 2021-11-30

### *---- "SUPERJUNK"
Dumbest app on my Smartphone
-- $:$&1&,!, 2021-11-11

### ***** "Best work app I’ve ever used"
Having my schedule on my phone with reminders has been a game changer. Love that I can easily tell my boss if I’m gonna miss work too, so I don’t lost points.
-- jeffjanzen, 2021-09-20

### ***-- "No hours"
It’s not showing pay period anymore.
