The app is almost impossible to use since it was changed. It keeps showing me the items I’ve already purchased
App is having some issues. Shopping items very slow to load and often same items come up more than once. Very hard to complete shopping quickly.
The app reaches a certain number of items in a category and then adds the items from the beginning of the list. It crashes frequently, unable to load each category fully. When you select another category, the previous category loads rather than the new one.
I have my shopping delivered. Very friendly delivery drivers and always on time. I never have issues with dates close to expiring , if my product is not available I would sometimes receive a call from the store to ask if I wish to change.
SuperValu, that is the last order I have placed with you. Since you updated the app the link to my bank ( boi) takes multiple attempts. I have had to abandon it now and borrow someone’s AIB card, it worked on the first go. Plus you gave me 20 E voucher of a 220 shop. Where is the 30 off 150 I have received in recent weeks. I have been on holidays for the last 2 weeks, so now I don’t get a voucher? Plus the quality of fresh food/ veg has dis improved since you moved to ready to go DB fair type foods. I have had to throw out fish/ veg etc upon receipt. My sister has moved to Tesco for all of the above reasons and I am now following her. I have pointed these issues out to you on multiple occasions - SuperValu is not ‘ the only shop in town’. I did shop there as it is Irish owned, not any more , I am dissatisfied. You have made a total travesty of Superquinn. Jean Doyle
I’ve found that the app is not working correctly for the past three months. It won’t load all the items, turns itself off and has to have the shopping reloaded, loses items. It’s very frustrating!!
My shopping is taking longer and longer every time I use this app. It used to be quick and easy but it seems that every time the app is updated there are more problems with it. I have trouble each time loading the next 10 items and even when I select show all it does not. The app has become much more complicated to use and do everything takes longer. We are customers a long time, but am becoming very frustrated at this stage.
App is clunky and requires refresh frequently. Load more items doesn’t work properly for many categories in the usuals section
The system is so slow. Going from one category to another. Going to checkout. I’ve just got an error because I timed out!
