## SupplyMaster Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Great helpline!"
I’ve used this app for a few years now and it’s generally reliable. When it occasionally fails the helpline number is answered straight away by a human being!
-- Rachelinusk, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Good App when working"
This app is not supported out of working hours. They don’t bother to maintain it unless they are at work. So it can be down during a long holiday period !!
-- Sugarpuffbear, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Absolutely awful"
Unfortunately the electrician I used fitted a timeguard switch and therefore I’ve had to put up with this app for the last 3 years. Initial set up was a nightmare and there have been intermittent issues along the way ever since. However for the last 4 days now the app seems to have packed up and I can no longer log in at all and the heating programme appears to have been wiped. So no hot water without manually operating the switch. It’s incredibly poor that despite all the bad reviews going back years this company has done nothing to address the app issues. Constant failed log in attempts are met with a “networt” busy message. I guess that typo tells you everything you need to know about the quality of this app.
I now have a useless switch that I’ll need to replace purely to be able to use a different app which will hopefully actually function and be nowhere near as poor a quality as this stupid app and company.
-- Elizabeth stank, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Can someone recommend an alternative?"
Unusable I cannot log into the app, says network busy. So completely useless as a remote access facility. Does anyone know of a better solution that actually works. I simply want remote access to my immersion tank. Help please!
-- bazinsomerset, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Can’t recommend this."
I’ve had 6 WiFi fused spurs for garden lights for several years now. The hardware has proven very good but the app and servers that support this are low quality and go offline more than they should. When that happens the spurs can only be operated manually and if you have put them in an easy to reach location (oops) then you are a bit screwed.

The Timeguard servers have been offline for several days now rendering my system dumb. When I find a suitable replacement I’m changing them all.
-- Houlbt, 2025-01-01

### *---- "App down for 3 days"
Really frustrating and very inconvenient. Please get this sorted. This appears to happen every time there is an update!!!!
-- Skerritt’s, 2024-12-31

### *---- "App dead 5 days and counting"
Are everyone at Time Guard celebrating Christmas and new year? But my holiday has been no hot water for 5 days due to this awful app. Total shambles!
-- innaeh, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Not working"
Apparently the sever hosting this app was down for a few days. I cannot control the power of my water tank. Anyone pls fix it
-- Nan1909, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Junk"
Used to be a bit old fashioned, with a quirky UX, but at least it worked. Now it doesn’t even do that.
-- ptolley, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Very Poor App"
This app is awful. Constantly goes down for days on end so WiFi function can’t be used, just have to manually override by pressing the button on the switch. Just got a new WiFi switch fitted not by this brand, would urge everybody else to do the same!
