When I try to connect, I have the synchronisation and the application close after 5/10s. I have to take injections once a month so use the handy ‘remind me to take my injection’ feature. Added the appropriate dates. No reminders no notifications and when I search my injection dates, the app tells me I haven’t got any. The app sends you notifications to fill out information and detail and to take part in surveys. I did all this straight away yet notifications keep coming asking me to complete this and do it but I’ve already done it. So frustrating!!! This app to me had zero value, in fact, with hindsight, it actually had minus value because all it did was send me notifications for things that already done and delivered nothing by the way of value to me like injection reminders.
