### *---- "Taking money, with no access and no support for months"
Every month £30 is taken from me, and since I signed up months ago I have been trying to reach out to customer support to help me gain access to the content I pay for and I don't get any help from them. Since January when I first signed up I have been asking for help to access and then to cancel as I don't get any resolution, no help or access is given. Yet money keeps being taken. Please can someone see my review and help me?

### **--- "Was left a little wanting"
As the title says I was left a little bit disappointed by this app, which is such a shame as I must really stress I am a massive fan of Ross. The actual app structure and user friendless is superb. It didn’t take me long at all to navigate around the app and the calorie tracking tool is a really useless added feature. However the actually workouts were a little basic and certainly aimed at the beginner gym goer. There is no variation week on week and the actual workouts would be very easy for even somebody with a basic level of fitness. My stand out point would be that the app doesn’t bring anything to the table that I couldn’t get from Ross’s various books or podcast. It would be useful if you considered adding in a beginner, intermediate and expert setting in to app like so many others do that are half the price.

### ***** "The best training app on the market"
Coming from a sports science background myself, I was looking for an training app that was based on sound scientific principles. Ross explains in detail, why you are doing the training/exercise and it’s intended benefits. The program is really effective, I’ve put on a couple of kg of lean muscle in a short space of time. If you want an effective training app, that isn’t just random exercises put together with no thought, then this is what you’ve been looking for. We’ll done Ross on what’s already a great app.

Having the workouts you do being backed up by the knowledge and science that is provided by Ross in the app makes it very interesting and the talk through guides of each exercise help a lot. 

The hybrid program has allowed me to tailor in my own specific conditioning as well if you have a certain goal in mind (ie running) which has benefited my overall work capacity. Whilst if my goals change i know the other programs available will benefit me.

Easily the best training app I’ve used and it’s only in its early stages with more still to come. Tracking lifts has honestly never been so easy and the workouts given are so well planned out too
