Lot’s of improvements needed

Complaint module should be updated now

- No option to upload photos when reopening the the complaint - Not able to track the filed complains - Most of the time SMCs employees just update the status to filed ans never do the work - There should be some rating indication for the SMCs staff

One of the worst app

Trying to complain but hardly anything is working. Second when complain is been submitted then it is assigned to the officer living in different city. Server is worst. Userface is also not good. Will recommend to complain physically instead of using the app 🙏🏻

No one take action regarding to the problem

No one take action regarding to the problem, in fact they denying the application and make fail to proceed. Shame on you and your response officer.
