## SurePayroll for Employees Reviews in United States

### **--- "Loads forever"
this app barely works, every time i try to log in the screen sits and loads forever and no matter how many times i reset the app it does the same thing over and over.
-- st12306, 2025-03-14

### *---- "Payroll services"
I applied 2 days ago and today I received an email from them that’s telling me congratulations your account is ready to run your first payroll
I open my laptop and logged in
After logging in I see on dashboard that saying
Payroll services Cancelled as of 02/14/2025
??? 😂 what
I talked to them via chat
They saying safety department declined you and that saying your not good candidate at this time

Very disappointed and never 👎🏼 and ever recommend to any one
-- s89rj, 2025-02-14

### *---- "Loading too long"
Please fix your bugs loading way too long!!!
-- jzy612, 2025-02-04

### *---- "Pay stub"
Don’t see my pay stub
-- Tammychow07, 2024-10-15

### *---- "Sometimes can’t sign in, never remembers credentials"
Sometimes I can’t sign in at all. It’ll say my info has recently been changed (it hasn’t) so I have to use the browser. It has never once remembered my credentials even though I’ve clicked remember me numerous times.
-- Tyler taz, 2024-09-30

### *---- "Slow"
When you try to log in it’s super slow and will ask you to log in several times
-- Askcgfowmgqpl, 2024-08-18

### ***** "Simple and understandable"
It is simple to use and navigate. Easy to read and understand your check + taxes deductions
-- lonewolf170, 2024-07-30

### *---- "Password Problems"
App makes me use my password every time I log in…it never initiates facial recognition. Then, when I use my password and it logs me onto the payroll site, the first thing it asks me is if I want to use facial recognition, so I say yes…next time I try to log in …nothing…no facial recognition.
-- SKH60, 2024-05-14

### *---- "App is nearly useless."
And website so badly designed
There is a reason this is so inexpensive
-- MacGuy1989, 2024-05-03

### *---- "Check tabs"
Didn’t show all my check tabs
