## Surface: Reel Life Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Just like so many other big fish apps I download them and then when I go to type in a name it freezes and won’t work. Extremely frustrating because I love their games that do work I’ve played every single one and now I’m trying to play the others that never work!!
-- Jaycg07, 2021-11-09

### *---- "Does not work"
Cannot move past the title page. Please fix
-- Bobsaget 12345, 2020-11-16

### *---- "Broken"
It won’t let me put my name in so I cannot play!!!
-- Billievandersoul, 2020-11-11

### *---- "Can’t play"
Game looks like it would be really fun with an interesting storyline but can’t get past the title screen. Tap functionality does not work at all. Can’t skip the beginning story or type in name to be able to play. I like Big Fish and hope this gets fixed.
-- NiccMB1, 2020-11-08

### *---- "Why?"
Why are you advertising this app? It won't even allow game play. It starts up, plays the intro sequence (skip button doesn't work), then shows the option to name your player, but nothing works. It's like the touchscreen option is disabled. Keyboard doesn't work, "OK" button doesn't work, nothing. Attempted on 3 different devices. Nada. 🤷🏼‍♀️
-- AmaDazzle, 2020-11-06

### *---- "Glitches"
This is the 4th game that I am not able to play. When the screen to type your name pops up so does an add for the game then it freezes and you can’t do anything at all.
-- Whateverjustlisten, 2020-11-06

### *---- "That’s a Shame"
Looked like it might be pretty cool. Unfortunately, at least as of 4/30/20, glitch [on the player sign in screen] STILL precludes ya from playing. Would give ZERO stars if i could, since i got to play ZERO game!
-- Ryang232, 2020-04-30

### *---- "Still won’t play!"
I’ve purchased at least 50 big fish games. This is the first time nothing works. Can’t even skip the intro scene or enter my player name.

Bummer ☹️.

On to the next game!
-- Pixle Lily, 2019-11-06

### *---- "Surface: reel life"
Can’t get past entering my name. I’ve reloaded it a couple of times still nothing. I see from other reviews it has been going on for a while and hasn’t been fixed. Does not have a full screen either
-- Dskgb, 2019-09-04

### *---- "App not working"
Can’t even add player name. Skip not responding.
-- Twin mania, 2019-06-30
