Surfing Japan
Great layout charts guides etc. Using it in Japan and sometimes written swell, wave size etc. does not match actual size at location.

It’s a good indicator
It’s not easy the tell the future. But it is close. Not sure about the rating. Does happen that it says fair with a strong onshore wind. Is it the hight of the waves, the quality of the waves or the wind? I would that to be clear. Because it is a pity to drive 2 hours and find out it is not so good.
