Почему то при использовании триал версии сразу списали деньги на год. Техподдержка отправляет к App Store. Скачивалось для Узбекистана. Но узбекские приложения не считают, что я нахожусь в стране. Приложение оказалось бесполезным

good vpn and also very safe
You won’t get connection and no refund as well
Surfshark is in the lowest point of credibility. They did not activate subscription after I paid them and they did not proceed with the refund either. When requested why, they kept on insisting that Apple Pay is the problem. Avoid this scam at any cost.
Не работает в РФ
Приложение в РФ не работает, пишу как человек с платной подпиской на год. Не работает нигде (ни с wi-fi в разных локациях, ни с мобильным интернетом). И честно говоря очень странно в ситуации, когда все отзывы только об этом, направлять свои усилия, чтобы полностью обновить визуал приложения. Уважаемые разработчики, возможно, это для вас странная мысль, но очень хотелось бы, чтобы вы все свои усилия направили на то, чтобы приложение выполняло свою прямую функцию. Не рекомендую скачивать, а уж тем более покупать что-то.
НЕ РАБОТАЕТ! При оплаченной годовой подписке
Не смотря на то, что я оплатила ГОДОВУЮ подписку приложением удалось воспользоваться от силы пару раз. Остальные разы, попытки подключения длились 30-40 минут и толку не было! Даже страничка с«дружелюбной круглосуточной поддержкой» в приложение попросту не открывается. Деньги потрачены впустую, любое бесплатное приложение и то работает лучше!
VPN не работает на территории РФ
Купил подписку на 2 года , не смог подключить на телефон , так же не смог обратится в службу поддержки из приложения . крайне не рекомендую к покупке данного VPN , покрайнеймере если вы из РФ.

Я НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ЭТО ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ Оно не работает. Проблемы с подключением последние месяцы. А теперь ДАЖЕ ФОРМА ПОДДЕРЖКИ НЕ РАБОТАЕТ. Так что уважаемые товарищи из surfshark, нечего писать мне под этим сообщением обратитесь в службу поддержки. ДО НЕЁ ДАЖЕ ПОДГРУЗИТЬСЯ НЕ МОЖЕТ

Приложение нерабочее, за несколько месяцев проблемы с подключением через ряд российских провайдеров не фиксят. Я понимаю, что это неординарная задача, но зачем запускать рекламные компанию на рынок, для которого вы не можете предоставить соотвествующие услуги - непонятно

Сняли деньги а приложение не работает. Тех поддержка делает голову и ничем не помогает. Имейте ввиду, не ведитесь на этот развод!
