It certainly isn’t and it has helped me enormously with my journey through the hip replacement surgery. It removed myths, provided real time information about what I needed to do to prepare for the operation. It also helped me understand how the surgery was going to work and what I should do post surgery. Having the coach as back up was comforting. I am now 3 and a half weeks post operation, walking with only one crutch and out of the excruciating pain I was experiencing. I still refer to the app and cannot speak highly enough of it.
