## Surpass Description
Get bigger on purpose. Turn each workout into a clear record of what you lifted and what to aim for next.

Surpass brings your plan, previous performance, and lifting targets into one strength training log. See the weight and reps, record your sets, and keep your attention on the workout.

LESS TAPPING BETWEEN SETS
• See your previous result beside the set you are logging
• Edit weight and reps right in the workout
• Keep rest timing close without covering your session
• Resume an interrupted workout with completed sets intact

MAKE PROGRESSION VISIBLE
• Train with clear weight and rep targets
• Review the result when you finish
• Follow each lift through recent sets and strength trends
• Keep past workouts together in History

YOUR PLAN. YOUR PACE.
• Choose a programme or start an empty workout
• Keep training days, exercises, and set targets together
• Use kilograms or pounds

KEEP THE WORK YOU HAVE DONE
• Import workout history from Hevy, Strong, or FitNotes
• Preview imported data before saving
• Export your training as CSV or JSON
• Start without creating an account

FREE TRACKING. OPTIONAL PRO.
Manual logging, routines, custom exercises, rest timing, personal history, import, export and privacy controls remain free. Try one guided workout before subscribing.

Surpass Pro adds ongoing progression guidance and training analysis. Choose an annual or monthly subscription. Eligible customers can receive a seven-day introductory trial. Apple shows the localized price and confirms eligibility before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; manage or restore access in Settings.

HealthKit is optional and connects only when you choose it in Settings.
